By creating a SwipeTrades account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What SwipeTrades is
SwipeTrades is a venue where people discover each other and agree to barter products and services. We are not a party to any trade: we do not own, inspect, ship, or guarantee anything exchanged, and we do not process payments — the service involves no money by design.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- Keep your credentials private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per person; accounts may not be sold or transferred.
Your content
You own what you post. By posting, you grant us a license to display it within the service (that's how listings appear to other traders). You are responsible for your listings and messages being accurate, lawful, and yours to trade.
Rules of the marketplace
- Trade only items and services you may legally offer. Prohibited: weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, recalled items, live animals, adult services, and anything illegal where you live.
- No harassment, hate, scams, spam, or attempts to move users onto payment-based deals.
- Meet safely: public places, daylight hours, and common sense. Trades are made at your own risk.
- Complete trades honestly — the confirmation and rating system exists so good traders are recognized.
Moderation
You can report listings, messages, and users in the app, and block anyone. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for disputes between traders, the condition or legality of traded goods and services, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app or via swipetradeapp.com/delete-account. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
